Even though it said tumble dey low on the care instructions, you really shouldn't dry these at all. They were kid sized when I finished the initial wash and dry. Also, the seams for the arm and neck are not very comfortable if you're sensitive. Sira from United States

I got an xl and its probably too big but i wear them to sleep in hang out at the house go to doc appts where you cant have metal on. Very comfy yet still provide the support i need if i lose more weight again weight again theyll work Pam from Glendale
