Most of HerRoom's packaging material is recyclable and much is made from recycled content. Both our boxes and envelope mailers have recycled content. The satin wrap tissue is made of 70% recycled material. All of these, along with the poly bags your lingerie pieces come in, are completely recyclable. So when you receive your purchase we hope you love your new undies and will recycle the rest.

BorderFree calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the BorderFree international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that BorderFree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the BorderFree international checkout.
As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by BorderFree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery. BorderFree supports billing in over 60 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.

Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.
We know at times, an item may need to be returned for an exchange. Due to International Shipping requirements, your returned item will be processed as a refund. You may place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
To initiate an international return, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA will be issued through our partner Borderfree and include mailing instructions, drop-off locations and your shipping costs related to returning the item(s).
When the items arrive at our distribution center and pass our quality review inspection*, we will promptly issue your refund. In the event items are determined to have been damaged or defective prior to delivery, or you received an incorrect item we will refund your return shipping costs.
*Returned item(s) received that do not pass our quality review inspection and thereby are no longer in pristine, new condition will not be eligible for refund or merchandise credit.
All orders are processed in our distribution centers shortly after we receive them. We’ll email you with delivery and tracking information before the end of the day that your order is shipped.
International customers will receive delivery and tracking information from our Borderfree partner generally within 5 business days after the order is placed. We promptly deliver the items to one of Borderfree’s international processing hubs where they are scheduled for delivery to their final destination.
