Your Shopping Bag is empty.
Are you having trouble putting something in your shopping bag?
HerRoom, like almost all e-commerce sites, requires cookies to be enabled on your computer for the shopping bag to work. If you have cookies disabled in your web browser, or if you are running software that blocks cookies, every time you move to a new page the system thinks you are a different person and assigns you a new, empty shopping bag.
Here are some things to check:
- You can experience problems if your computer's clock is set to a date in the future. Please check your computer's date and time settings.
- Please make sure that you don't have cookies disabled on your computer, and that you aren't running any software that blocks cookies. This includes programs like GuardDog and Norton Internet Security.
- Make sure that your web browser is accepting cookies. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on Tools/Internet Options. Go to the Privacy tab. Make sure your setting is no higher than "Medium High"; any higher setting will cause problems.
- You can also have problems if the cookie file on your computer is corrupted. Please visit www.HerRoom.com/support/clear-cookies.aspx. This will delete our cookie off your system so you can get a "fresh start". After visiting this page please close all web browser windows, then re-open your browser and try again.
